Grown at high altitude between 1700–2000 masl, this coffee reflects the unique terroir of Yirgacheffe, where slow cherry development enhances clarity, florals, and complexity in the cup.
Fully washed and produced from traditional Heirloom varieties, this coffee delivers a refined and aromatic profile with distinctive tea-like character and elegant fruit florals.
